Recipe: Easy Christmas Veggie Tray
This weekend we went to a Christmas dinner hosted by some friends. The hostess assigned each person something to bring. My assignment was veggie tray or appetizer. I knew I couldn't just settle for your typical veggie platter. It needed to be festive, of course. These little veggie/cheese skewers seemed like just the thing I was looking for. So easy and so perfect for the occasion.
