Recipe: Lucky Lime Float

I made these "Lucky Lime Floats" this weekend to share with my hubby to celebrate St. Patrick's Day since we have a 1st birthday party to throw this weekend on the 17th! They are so easy to make and would be a fun little green treat for kids too.

Lucky Lime Floats

Ingredients:

Lemon lime soda (or 7 up, I got the cheap stuff)
Lime sherbert
Whip cream
Optional: cherries, sprinkles

Directions:

1. Add one scoop of lime sherbert and fill the glass 3/4 full with lemon lime soda.

2. Top (generously, of course) with whip cream.

3. Optional, but necessary in my book, you can add green sprinkles and a cherry.

Enjoy!

I'm not going to lie, when I saw the first picture, I really thought it was a picture of Shaving Cream and was totally concerned for whoever was going to drink it. After I realized it was whipped cream, I think it sounds fabulous! A must try for me, I love anything sherbet!
