We are stoked to leave our apartment of 3 years and move into our new house today. Although I'm happy to leave our little apartment, I've been reflecting on all that has happened there. It was our first home together when we got married 3 years ago. We have been through lots of financial troubles, business failures and successes, two pregnancies, and Ashyr was even born in our bedroom there.
But now we are moving to our new house to start making memories together for many years to come I hope. I didn't think I would feel so anxious though. It will be a whole new world for us: new neighbors, different (but our favorite) part of the city, paying a mortgage, new business endeavors coming soon, and all the responsibility that comes with home ownership. I'm anxious, excited, and scared all at the same time. Yet ready too. I guess I'll just have keep you posted on how it works out!
